"Larry and Julie have a gem of a property along the beautiful stretch of beach which is steps away from the palapa patio and well appointed house. Perfect for two couples. The house was immaculate and there was music playing (nice touch) and the air-conditioning on when we arrived. Great location for going into town (which we did) but quite honestly we were content to be on patio or with our beach chairs at the water's edge. Enjoyed the pelican show daily as they dived into the surf for their fish. Thanks to Priscila for recommending we visit a very nice store, called Mercedes, with beautifully made Mexican items for the home; you won't leave empty-handed! This house is highly recommended by both couples. Thank you Larry & Julie."

"We truly enjoyed our 3 night stay in Casa Mia. It was super clean, nicely appointed and we were very comfortable there. The patio was extra special and we enjoyed using the kayaks one day. This was probably the nicest places we’ve stayed in Los Conchas. The property manager checked in on us daily and answered our questions. Thank you and we hope to return again soon!"

They answered all of our questions and were available for recommendations of where to eat and the area in general. The house is beautiful and couldn’t be in a better location. Upon arrival, looking out the back, the view of this beachfront house is truly relaxing."

"Best place ever. Totally equipped home, kitchen, outside furniture. This place was perfect. So nice to just walk out to your patio and enjoy the whole experience. Will be staying here again. There are so many great things to say about it. Thank You Larry, we had such an awesome time."

"The house is clean and the beds, linen and even the pillows were oh so comfortable. Haven’t slept this good in a while. The sound of the waves right out the back door and the master bedroom are hypnotizing. WiFi is strong and Satellite tv is a plus. There is access to boogie boards and kayaks but it was way too windy to use the kayaks. Kids used the boogie boards since the wind brought in great waves. One thing, make sure you get water shoes before you come. There is coral/rocks at extreme low tides. Next visit, we will have them. Night time sitting and staring at the sky was so nice. Seeing so many shooting stars only made this stay even better. We will definitely stay here again."
