We are happy that you are considering a rental with us ! We have been in this business for 25+ years, and we strive to have our properties in great shape and very clean for your vacation ! We are providing a very valuable property for your enjoyment, and in return, we like our potential renters to acknowledge the rules that keep our properties in GREAT shape for YOU, for us, and our future rental clients.Please read the terms / rules below that apply to all our properties. If you find our rules are too prohibitive for your group or do not agree with them, no worries, but we would like EVERYBODY (including your family, friends / guests) to be in agreement on ALL the rules in order to finalize this reservation- no surprises for us or your group !! :
• Each of our homes have a maximum number of guests (this includes adults and children) Please respect this maximum and do not exceed it (unless you have WRITTEN permission for a special circumstance from our reservation manager). Going over the maximum number of guests, in any of the homes will trigger a charge of $250. Dollars, per person, per night.
• We do not allow ANY pets in any of our properties- inside or outside. Any violation of this will result in a $250 charge per night. Please advise ALL your guests of this !
• We provide laundry equipment on site for you to wash YOUR clothes. Please do not wash OUR sheets, towels, rugs or any of the inventory that is in the home ! Our staff will be more than happy to do that for you in our commercial (on site) laundry room (at no charge). If any of the homes inventory of towels, linens, rugs etc are damaged by any member of your group, you will be charged for the damaged items
• A popular “activity” for some kids (or adults ??) while at the beach is getting temporary tattoos. When people with temporary tattoos sleep on sheets & blankets the ink transfers to the linens and it is usually impossible to remove. Other problems for us can be hair dye, spray-on sun tan lotion (stains floors / furniture) or using bathing towels for cleaning up messy items (we provide rags for those chores). If anybody in the group may have bed wetting issues, please take precautions to not damage any mattresses (we have floor pads or protective bedding if needed- just ask) You will be charged the actual replacement costs for any damaged items
• Upon your arrival, your vacation property will be squeaky clean. During your stay we provide daily light housekeeping (we do not make beds or do dishes). Upon your departure, our staff will clean the home …. including stripping the beds and washing all towels and linens, mopping, etc. etc… HOWEVER, if the kitchen is left un-kept, or if there is excessive clutter of trash, filth or disrespectful use of any furnishings, your group will be assessed an additional cleaning fee of $250 per day.
• We love our neighbors and we hope they love you. Our quiet time is after 10pm to make sure our neighbors are not affected by loud music or noise. During the day we ask you to respect those neighbors that are enjoying the beach and / or their own rental space. Any violation of this will be charged up to $ 250 dollars per day.
• Can you hosts parties or “get togethers” with 60 of your closest friends?? NO ! We have a $1,000 “event fee” for weddings, larger gatherings, etc.. You have rented this property with a max # of guests allowed. Please do NOT host events or parties for others (above your stated # of guests) or you will be assessed the $1,000 event fee. Any parties, weddings, large gatherings, celebrations MUST be disclosed to our reservation team at the time of booking your reservation.
