We have traveled to Rocky Point for many years with multiple families. As our group has grown, we needed more space. This was our first time staying at this property, but won’t be our last. Every room was extra large, providing plenty of space. The main kitchen has plenty of countertops to work on preparing for all the members of the group. All the bathrooms were in great condition, and the living room provided enough seating for everyone. The main highlight of this home is the outdoor space and how close you are to the water. Many of the front row houses we have stayed in the past required quite the hike to set up near the water. Here, the ocean is within feet of your patio. This comes in handy to eliminate multiple trips to carry all your beach needs. Some of the bonuses to staying in this property was the amazing staff. The house was clean upon arrival, and they stopped by everyday to see if we needed anything. Having the trash removed daily was also great. Normally I list pro’s and con’s for houses. However, there are really no cons to this house for our experience. I will say the weather was great so we did not need heating or cooling, so those were not used. If I had to find a con, I guess the internet was running a little slow. But all that did was make me not work and enjoy the beach. I highly recommend this property for large groups using the main house as well as secondaries.
